I have a wide range of fitness skills developed over the years. From endurance training such as running/cycling, swimming, indoor climbing to HIIT & Dumbbell/Kettlebell training. Martial Arts is a big passion of mine. I’ve travelled to Thailand, competed in Muay Thai for 3 tours and trained at home for the last 5+ years.
I can help you with improving and reaching your overall fitness goals like conditioning, power, strength, flexibility and mobility.
